The day many subscribers have been waiting for is almost here. Isolak Properties invites you to step onto the land you have invested in as it holds the next allocation exercise at Oxford by Isolak Estate on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

The estate, located at Olode, in Oluyole Local Government Area of Ibadan, is just 5 minutes away from the Circular Road at Arowojeka Axis.

The exercise will give subscribers physical possession of their plots, allowing them to move on to the next stage of their projects, whether building or holding the land as an investment. It also underscores Isolak Properties' commitment to transparency and timely delivery across its estates. During the allocation, qualified subscribers will be taken round the estate and shown their plots, in line with the approved estate layout.

Allocation is a major step towards owning land and starting your development, because it is the point at which your plot is formally identified as yours. Subscribers who are yet to complete payment are urged to do so before the allocation date, and those who receive allocation are expected to clear their plots at a 4 months interval to ensure the estate is kept tidy.

According to the Estate Management Team, only fully paid clients will be eligible to receive allocation and participate in the exercise. Those who miss the deadline may have to wait for the next allocation date, exceptions are taken when a clients is ready to commence development.
